And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up . . . pray for each other so that you might be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.

Pictures
Brittany visited Gaines this afternoon and he was awake and very active. She took some great pictures.
What a sweet little face. I think you are right, he does look like Reed.

P.S. Brittany, you had mentioned in an earlier post about in home daycare for Gaines once you are back home. Have you had any leads on that? I know one of the nurses in the NICU at Baptist South and she might know of somebody that has experience with preemies. Just a thought. Email me if you would like for me to ask.
What pretty eyes! Hopefully it won't be much longer! When you know more about when you might come home, email or call me. I can put a note in our church classifieds about someone to take care of your precious angel!
Ok, I just read your post about having to go home and maybe you might have to keep Gaines in Washington. YOU ARE NOT A BAD MOTHER OR WHATEVER SOMEONE THINKS FOR DOING THAT! You have to do what is best for Gaines. It is best for you to return to work. It is best that you don't lose your job. It might be best at that time to leave Gaines where he is. You are not leaving him!! Beau will be there and you are keeping him in the best possible hands.
I honestly don't know how you and Beau have done it! I know it is one foot in front of the other, but I admire y'all for how you are handling this.
Oh, the song, "One foot in front of the other" is from the Easter Bunny Movie or Rudolph. I think it is the Easter Bunny. They are made by the same people. Sad that I even know that!!!
Brittany & Beau, I have been following your story right from the start from down here in New Zealand. I would like to discuss with you both an offer to make a continual scrapbook for you all about your amazing Gaines. If you are able to email me on debbie_b@ihug.co.nz and I will discuss this with you further. I co-founded an organisation called Care 2 Crop and we make scrapbooks for amazing families like yours. Blessing and hugs Debbie

What a precious little fellow! I agree that he does look like Reed. And he's getting so big (ok, so that's relative)!
I'm still praying for all of you.
He is such a little angel!
Hello Mr. Bright Eyes!! He is getting big, and cuter by the day. Still praying for his heart and breathing issues.
