Reed-Dad…dad…dad.
Dad doesn’t budge. I check the clock and see that it is 5:38 a.m.
Me-Reed go back to bed for a few more minutes.
R-I got to go potty.
Me-Well go potty and then go get back in your bed for a few more minutes.
Three or four minutes pass.
R-Mom.
Me-Yes?
R-I went potty.
Me-Ok, good…now go get back in your bed.
R-Well, I didn’t wipe my hiney very good.
Deep sigh as I rolled out of bed.
I love my children and do not want them growing up too fast, but I will be thankful when they can take care of that business on their own.
Hope this didn't gross you out.
Love to all,
Brittany

Um, William is nearly 7 and we STILL have to help him out with that little task... :)
I had a discussion with a few people at work one time about this and they told me that it usually takes boys until they're like EIGHT before they can wipe their own behinds.
So not excited.
